Shipping Rates


*US - Domestic Shipping

We ship via USPS. We ship to all domestic addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO.
Please select "United States" as your shipping country if your order will be shipping to a US Territory or APO/FPO address.


Free shipping on all domestic orders over $100.


Shipping on orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be calculated based on weight and delivery address. 


Orders that qualify for Free Shipping deliver in 5-10 business days, not including processing time.

We ship by USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, both domestically and internationally.


USPS First Class delivers in 4-10 business days, not including processing time


USPS Priority delivers in 2-3 business days, not including processing time


USPS Express Mail delivers in 1-2 day(s), not including processing time


Above quoted delivery times with the exception of USPS Express mail are not guaranteed. Delivery times do not include the processing time. Due to carrier limitations, orders shipped to remote addresses may take longer to arrive than the above quoted delivery times.

Delivery Confirmation/Tracking is included with every order.

Orders of $250 or more will require signature upon receipt.

Shipping costs are determined by weight and Free Shipping does not apply.

Shipping Schedule


Made to order items have a general production time of 14 days. Please see the shop header for current productions times as this may far during holidays and sales. This time to create the items to our specifications. 


In stock orders (of ready to ship items) are shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt. Orders received after 11:00 am EST on Friday will begin processing for shipment on the next business day. (Usually on Monday unless it is a holiday)


We will send you a shipping notification via email when we have shipped your order. This notification will also include your delivery confirmation/tracking number. 


Shipping Insurance

All are insured  against loss or damage. If your package should become lost** or damaged, we will re-ship your order at no additional cost to you.

**A lost package is defined as a package that has not arrived to you after 30 days of shipment AND DOES NOT have a confirmed delivery by USPS or UPS.


PLEASE ensure that you provide a safe mailing address for us to ship to. We WILL NOT be responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen because the carrier has left in an unsafe place.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.


All orders within Kansas are subject to 6.5% sales tax.


Return Policy

We are happy to accept a return of new unused/unwashed products* within 30 days of receipt of items for a full refund or store credit minus shipping charges.

The customer is responsible for sending the items back to us at their own expense. The customer may choose their own method of shipping.

All sales of clearance items are final.


Returns on orders received with free shipping are subject to initial shipping charges. Free shipping applies to items kept. 


Items must be returned complete. If not returned complete, you will be charged full retail price for those items kept.


Any free gift or promotion that may have been received with your order must be returned in new/unused condition. If the free gift or promotion is not returned or has been used, your refund will be reduced by the retail value; unless the customer requests store credit.


All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt and all original product packaging in tact (if applicable).


Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any portion of your order. Packages that do not include a return authorization number will be refused and returned to you.


Returns must be received within 10 days of RMA issue date.


Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after we receive it.


To return, simply obtain a return authorization by completing the "contact us" Please include or order number for quicker processing.


Order Changes and Cancellations

All orders have 24 hour grace period if you need to make changes or cancel. Please fill out through the "contact us" form with your order information and what you need. If production of your order has started a restocking fee of 25% will be applied.


Order Tracking/Status


You will receive an email with your tracking number after your order is complete. If your production time is complete and you have not received a tracking number via email or you have questions regarding you or order please fill out the contact us form or join the facebook group. 


Refused Delivery

Refused packages are subject to a 25% restock fee plus the actual shipping charges incurred. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under free shipping promotions.


Incorrect Shipments

We truly apologize for any mix up that may have occurred with the shipment of your order. Although these instances are rare, they do happen. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect their order prior to washing/using and report any discrepancies to us within 3 business days. Items that have been washed/used* can not be returned.


Missing Items and other Discrepancies

Missing Orders

If your order has shipped, then check with the shipper's websites (USPS ) to check confirmation of delivery.

If your package has a delivery confirmation, please check with your local USPS to determine where package may have been left.

If your package DOES NOT have a delivery confirmation, please contact us.
