Returns Policy

All returns must be approved before you ship them back to me, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. And return request need to be made with in 7 day of receipt of delivery. Custom items made to buyer's specification are non-returnable.


Refunds will not be issued to items that are returned without prior consent.


Refunds will not include the original shipping charges and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.


All wearable items must be returned unwashed and/or used, in original condition with all packaging. Please read all sizing info before you make your purchase.


Please inspect all items before using them, if you feel you have received a defective item please convo me as soon as you can. Once items have been washed they are non returnable, unless defective. Defectives will be replaced, repaired, or refunded depending on the issue and the item. I am not responsible for wash wear, misuse or abuse of my products, these are not defects of the product. Photos are required with all return requests and claims for defective items.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
